INTRODUCTION

My name is Xzavier A. Matthews and my purpose here is share my story about my case, being convicted and sentenced to a crime I did not commit. I want to open the world's eyes to the law and how we place our trust in the justice system. We trust that the evidence has to be without a reasonable doubt and if there is lack of or no evidence, then there should be no conviction. You will see through the facts of my case, that I have been wrongly convicted and sentenced to an unreasonable amount of time for a crime that I did not commit.
