I requested to take the polygraph test to show my innocence. The test was done by a professional, James Meyer, CPE, his credentials are listed. He asked me these 3 specific questions:
On the day in question, did you brake into the home of Jacqueline and Frank Gacsal located at 1563 Colorado Toledo, Ohio?
On the day in question, did you shoot Frank Gacsal at his home located at 1563 Colorado Toledo, Ohio?
Are you being truthful when you say, you did not shoot Frank Gacsal at his home located at 1563 Colorado Toledo, Ohio?
My test results showed no sign of deception. I have been convicted and sentenced to 21 years for a crime that I did not commit. The prosecutor was aware of the lie detector test and would not allow the results as admissible evidence in court and the judge granted the request. I am providing all of this information in hopes that someone will see the facts and see that an innocent man has been wrongly convicted and sentenced to a crime he did not commit.
